DOTT. LUIGI IEMMITI
The Nutrition & Dietetics Studio is managed by Dr. Luigi Iemmiti Dietitian - Nutritionist Biologist.
Graduated with honors in Dietetics from the University of Palermo and in Food and Human Nutrition Sciences from the University of Perugia, also qualified to practice as a Biologist with registration number 65582 in the National Order of Biologists.
Dr. Iemmiti has previous experience in the field of Eating Disorders, specific skills in Nutrition in Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, obesity and metabolic diseases, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases. He is also a lecturer in Food Science.
In our study, we develop personalized diets and meal plans for adults, the elderly, and children, for pregnant and breastfeeding women, for athletes and sports enthusiasts, for healthy individuals or those with confirmed pathologies.
The Nutrition & Dietetics Studio applies innovative treatments to help the patient lose weight while eating
drafting personalized nutritional tables based on each individual's needs and conditions. The diet planning in our center relies on the knowledge of the recommended intake levels of nutrients (LARN) proposed by the commission of the Italian Society of Human Nutrition, the nutritional tables of foods, and the individual characteristics of each patient. Therefore, meal plans are not mass-produced by software but are specific and personalized according to the needs of the individual.
